Cliff presented to me, “One Red Rose” 35 years ago when we first met. As it’s sweet fragrance overwhelmed me, the Holy Spirit impressed me with these words, “He’s the one”, not knowing that He had already impressed Cliff with the same words a few days before. When we were married, ‘one red rose’ became our trademark.
I was just reminded of one of Jesus’s titles, the ‘ Rose of Sharon’. Jesus is perfect love just as the rose is the most perfect of all flowers in its looks, beauty and smell.
Over the years our family and friends have showered us with multiple gifts of ‘one red rose’ as a reminder of Jesus’s love for us. For over 30 years, I have written daily letters to my Father in a journal. This pink book is #98. Yesterday I received this beautiful journal for my birthday. It ‘warmed’ my heart ❤️. Isn’t Jesus wonderful❣️
