Countdown to the Milestone

Dear Family Member:

We are low on energy, but we are so excited as we prepare for the largest milestone event in the history of DAP!

First, we want to thank you, our family, for your love, encouragement, prayers, emotional and financial support for this land expansion. Through you as Land Partners and the sale of CA properties, God has made it possible for us to purchase this land “paid in full.” Praise the Lord!! Our next step is raising funds for the development of these 10 acres. The sole purpose of this land is to draw souls to Christ. God has a definite plan and we are willing to work His plan. At the ceremony, this will be your opportunity to demonstrate what God has put on your heart as a Land Partner with a sacrificial gift. Your gift will help to construct the land to God’s exact blueprint. “Huge Dollars” are needed and trust us, God has ways of multiplying our gifts and sacrifices in ways of which we can only dream.

In addition to the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, four DAP graduates will be honored. You will meet DAP board members, staff, former graduates and clients, from far and near, coming to celebrate this momentous occasion. We are ecstatic with excitement and jubilation and cannot wait to see them all!

The above signs are on display in front of the new land. “FAITH HOPE LOVE” are the emblematic of DAP. We chose those particular gifts as reminders of the way we reach, impact and impart to humanity. 1 Corinthians 13:13 says, “Three things will last forever; faith, hope and love- and the greatest of these is love.  These gifts are united; they will never end and they will be ours throughout all eternity. Agape love is the ultimate gift. God in His goodness gives us the privilege of possessing these gifts to put them into PRACTICE to reach fallen humanity.

DAP has the privilege of unfolding God’s love, especially to men addicted to drugs.  His love has linked these men in perfect harmony with God and their families. Every conversion is a miracle and we believe every life is worth saving.

Please, “Come and see,” the land God has ‘handpicked’ for DAP. May it become a haven of God’s perfect peace and a sanctuary of rest, refreshing, and renewal. DAP has been privileged for over 30 years to witness God’s blessing and unchanging love, in myriad ways. Now, He has widened our reach and our faith, to believe Him for greater miracles. We truly believe that eyes have not seen, nor ears heard, what God has in store for this property as we, His faithful stewards, seek to bring a taste of Heaven to these precious souls in need of help! A refuge in the time of need.
