Dear Family Member:
As the golden hues of Fall sweep across the landscape, we are reminded of the beauty and promise of change. Just as the leaves transform and fall, making way for new growth, we, too, enter this season with hearts full of gratitude and a renewed sense of purpose.
For 37 incredible years, we have poured our souls into the DAP, touching countless lives with our love and devotion. Through every challenge—personal and professional—we have risen, stronger and more determined, trusting in God’s steady guidance. Our journey has not been without trials, but with every step, we have shown you what true faith looks like: a walk together with God, believing that each moment, even the tough ones, are paving the way for something greater.
Our love for the men in the program is nothing short of inspiring. Each day, we open our hearts to those seeking a better life, embracing everyone with patience, compassion, and a deep desire to help them grow. The impact we have made is not just measured in the success of the program, but in the countless souls we’ve uplifted and the hope we’ve restored.
As we step into this new season, we are invited to reflect on how you, too, can have an influence. This Fall, let us all commit to reaching out with love and care, just as we have done for four decades. Let us embrace this season of renewal by opening our arms wide to those God has entrusted to us, lifting each other higher, and spreading kindness like the leaves that dance in the autumn breeze.
We are deeply grateful to you, family member—the lifeblood of this program. Your generosity, love, and dedication have helped sustain us through every twist and turn. Your prayers, monetary gifts, and words of encouragement have carried us, and because of you, we continue to walk forward with hope in our hearts and faith in God’s plan.
We are thrilled with the progress on our building project, thanks to Joe Williams, CEO of JW Contracting Services, who is completing the site work plan and elevation. This month, our architect, Justin Markland, will finalize the blueprints, which will allow us to prepare a detailed estimate for the first 100 storage units. With careful planning, we aim to secure the best possible price and expect to have solid figures by next month, empowering us to move forward confidently and fundraise for this meaningful project. Our accountant is also reviewing tax-exemption opportunities to optimize our nonprofit benefits.
May this season fill you with warmth, joy, and the peace that comes from knowing you are part of something beautiful. Together, we are changing our lives, one step, one prayer, one act of love at a time.
Remember DAP in your prayers daily, honoring our bravery as we face the challenges of our spiritual warfare.
With Overflowing Gratitude and Love,
