The Market and Rate Analysis conducted by another public storage named CubeSmart was shared and we see the potential for many benefits. CubeSmart’s management team highlights the immense growth potential in the shifting demographics of North Huntsville.
To ensure the success of our facility, a feasibility study is being considered to determine the project’s viability. Furthermore, our collaboration with CubeSmart will bring invaluable expertise in designing the facility, determining the optimal unit mix, and utilizing their national internet platform for enhanced marketing and operations.
While we anticipate a period of approximately three years to stabilize the project, we are confident that our strategic approach and commitment to attracting tenants and maximizing occupancy will lay a strong foundation for long-term success. We are incredibly grateful for your continued support as we embark on this exciting journey together, fulfilling our vision of providing exceptional storage services in North Huntsville.

Last month, we were overjoyed to receive a heartwarming surprise from one of our esteemed DAP graduates, Marti Gary. Marti successfully completed the program in 2003. He personally reached out to express his heartfelt appreciation for the love and discipline he received during his time with us. We fondly remember the special relationship between Marti and Cliff, whose firm yet loving approach made a lasting impact. Marti’s gratitude resonated deeply with us, and he shared his plans to come visit us in Huntsville. He took to Facebook to celebrate his remarkable 20-year anniversary of sobriety. His message resonated deeply with us and reminded us of the transformative power of DAP. Here’s what Marti shared:
“Today, July 11th, marks my 20th year when I came to DAP for help. I have remained drug-free since then. Most of all, I want to thank Jesus, my Lord and Savior, and all the people at DAP who helped free me.
I have had many blessings since leaving the program. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Harris, for leading the way. I will never forget you both and the love you showed to me.”
Marti’s heartfelt words touched our souls and served as a powerful reminder of the significance of our work.
