This month, we are thrilled to highlight an individual whose astounding dedication has shaped the very foundation of DAP. Please join us in welcoming Charles McKinstry, affectionately known as ‘Chuck,’ a cornerstone of our organization.
Chuck assumed the role of Board Chairman over 30 years ago, shortly after the inception of DAP in 1987. His enduring commitment to our cause has been pivotal in steering DAP through various challenges and milestones. Even today, Chuck continues to contribute as an esteemed member of our board.
With a formidable legal background, Chuck has been instrumental in navigating the legal landscape for DAP. His expertise has been crucial in ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards as a nonprofit organization. His guidance has not only safeguarded our mission but has also set a precedent for ethical and legal excellence.
Chuck’s impact extends beyond the boardroom. Having retired from the Southeastern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists as the Director of Property and Trusts Services, he now resides in Riverside, CA, with his wife, Marletta. Their life is enriched by the presence of their son, daughter, and grandchildren, all of whom are fortunate to live close by.
