Baptism Celebration

Today was a ‘high day in Zion’ for our DAP family. Clients Daniel Mobley and Oscar Kahn were baptized at our church, Oakwood University. They are both new creatures in Christ! Celebrations like this bring joy 👏🏼💃🏼🕺 to our hearts💕.
After the Worship Service, we took pleasure in a delicious potluck dinner at the Recovery Home. Food tastes better on the Sabbath😋.
Yesterday our doorbell rang. It was Bob Sharp, our neighbor across the street, holding a delicious chocolate pound cake (still warm) that he had just baked for our Sabbath dinner today. With a big smile 😃, Freddie gave him a bear hug 🤗 and expressed our love 💕 and appreciation to him. Awesome! Now, that act of kindness was God’s love❤️ ‘with skin on it!’ There’s nothing like good neighbor’s and God’s family.
Today’s memories will last forever❣️
