We enjoyed Christmas dinner at the Recovery Home today. The food was delicious and we enjoyed activities and watching the NBA Christmas Day games.
A friend, Celine, the Cashier at the Oakwood University Church Store, came by the Recovery Home and brought the guys assorted breads, quiche and a pound cake that she cooked for them. This was her way of showing her appreciation to them for helping her stock food in the store each week. Her act of kindness added joy to their Christmas.
Today is the day we will remember with a big smile😊 . We hope your new year is bright and happy 🎆.
