Dear Land Partners:
We are excitedly and thankfully moving right along with the land expansion. Inspiration is flowing as we see God leading us and connecting us; putting people in our path that have the same passion, drive and resources. 
These all help make our load a little lighter. Our hearts are bursting with gratitude when we contemplate what God is doing with the Land Project. We are standing firm in our faith, knowing, the God of the Universe has begun a good work in us and He will not stop, as long as there’s energy left in us. It’s stimulating to wake up, expect and look forward to the vast number of ways God permits us to display our love, kindness, compassion, patience, gratitude, understanding…with those to whom we are called to serve. The evidence is seen and experienced daily, as we live God’s love rather than just speaking it. Living God’s Love is a powerful tool, and by adding faith, there are no limits to which we can attain! Hallelujah!!
Our next meeting with the Chapman Sisson Architect staff is scheduled for July 14th, to review concepts for the master plan. One of the things we look forward to most is the Community Center/Chapel, which will be used to draw those who don’t necessarily feel comfortable in a church environment. We feel it to be of great importance to provide clients and people alike, a safe place, where they feel the freedom and comfort, without judgment, to connect with God. Our responsibility is not to judge them, but to love them back into the arms of God. We enjoy every minute of it because it makes us better at what we do!!
Meanwhile, the sewage line has been installed on the property by a local company named Outdoor Solutions Inc. They are known to provide reliable installation, quality material and professional service. We are anxious to see their ideas.
Our goal is to pay for each building stage as we move forward. We’re trusting and believing God for everything, at each step, and always expecting great things. Throughout the years, He has caused us to know, without certainty; what He begins, He will finish. Like the title suggests, We’re Moving Forward in Faith, expecting God to influence hearts, minds, rocks, trees… to provide every means necessary to complete the work. Didn’t He say when we choose not to do our part that the very “rocks” will cry out? This should not be a burden, but an opportunity to expand God’s Love, even further.
Next month, the entrance to the property will be paved and put in place by Grounds Control, a construction and landscaping company here in Huntsville. With that, the removal of 15 trees will be necessary in order to build the additional structures next to the present Recovery Home. The thought of removing trees is difficult. However, the space will be of more value with the trees removed. The amount needed for this endeavor is $23,000. Of that, we have received $8,000 thus far; and upon completion, we believe the invoice will be marked ‘Paid in Full.’ Won’t you take this opportunity this month to help us raise the funds to clear this bill? This way, we start with a ‘clean slate’ for the next job.
With each passing day, we count it a privilege to have our hands on the plow of this great work. Right now, we need all hands-on deck. We didn’t begin this work alone, and we trust that before it’s all over, countless others will be benefiting from the work we’re doing together. In order to bring this miracle about, we need you to ask God what your giving should be this month. This is not our work alone; we are in partnership together. We know that $15,000 is nothing for God. The question is, how will you respond to His invitation? There are no accidents with God. Everything is intentional, including you receiving and reading this newsletter. Will you trust Him to multiply and bless your giving? We need your donations and sacrifices. God has promised to supply ALL of our needs, not some. What we do for others, we do for ourselves, and that’s the beauty of it.
