Yesterday a dinner 🍽 was held at our Clubhouse at Belmont Place for all the workers and their wives who went to Jackson, MS to deliver water 💧. We all worked 😓 hard and Cliff and I wanted to show our appreciation to these men in a tangible way. David and Karen Smith catered the dinner 🍲 and the food 🥘 was simply delicious. We got to know each other better and our time together was delightful 👐🏽.
Emil, Robert, Brian and Steve all drove Individual trucks 🛻 alone to MS. We gave them the day off 💤 and took them to the Cheesecake 🏭 for lunch🥗 They were then given money💵 to go shopping 🛍 . Their tiredness was replaced with joy🤩 and gladness😄.
Jesus always showed His appreciation🫶🏽 to others. We are teaching these men to follow in His footsteps 👣.
