We left Odessa,Texas at 5 o’clock this morning. God designed this beautiful sunrise to wake us up. Our next stop is in Shreveport, Louisiana. Thank you for all your prayers and we are looking forward to returning home tomorrow.

We gathered tonight for a Christmas-Eve dinner at the home of our relatives, Craig and Victoria Jackson, in Highland, CA. The decorations and table settings were colorful and the home cooked meal was scrumptious. Our 94 year-old matriarch, Sarah, baked the most delicious apple pie. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There is nothing like God’s Family.

Marti was the leader of Community Services at the Calimesa Seventh-day Adventist Church who sponsors these gifts.
