Today the annual Sabbath dinner for our Sabbath School Class #22 was held at our neighborhood Clubhouse. New friends and neighbors were invited to join us. The delicious meal was prepared by our cousin, Russell Thomas.
After dinner the members and DAP clients gave personal testimonies that were very uplifting and inspiring. Then Patrick and Carla Minor, new residents to Alabama, led us in singing the church hymn, ‘Tis so Sweet to Trust in Jesus.
We closed the Sabbath by singing a popular song by the Heritage Singers, “Side by Side.”
Class #22 is a close knit group. What a delightful time we had together!
